Refund And Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product was damaged during delivery
- You received a defective item
- You changed your mind (only if the item is unused and sealed)
2. Return Time Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
3. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original packaging
- Have all original tags, seals, or safety closures intact
- Be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We’ll send you a confirmation email
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
- You’ll be notified once the refund is issued
5. Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened or used toothpaste tabs (due to hygiene and safety)
- Customized or special-order items
- Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
6. Return Shipping Info
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking
- For defective or wrong items, we’ll provide a free return label if applicable
